Welcome
The Prince George Reining Association (PGRHA) was established in 1993 and has grown into a competitively and financially successful association. PGRHA hosted three National Reining Horse Association, North American Affilated approved shows in 2006 and is looking to restructuring in 2007 by adding additional shows and classes. The PGRHA has between 60 and 70 members who own approximately 450 head of registered horses, which they raise, train, market and compete upon. The equine community impacts the entire Northern Community with it's large rural acreages, barns, arenas, trucks, trailers, feed, tack, veterinary usage, lessons, training and competitive travel. The competitive venues hosted by the PGRHA alone, generate untold revenue for Prince George and its surrounding communities. It's no cost educational youth programs; beginner clinics and volunteer community involvement demonstrates the Associations belief in youth, community and the sport of Reining.
